The plant features Türkiye’s only 8-color flexographic press capable of inverse printing, delivering superior visual quality at speeds of up to 300 meters per minute.
Our cup-forming lines are primarily composed of American PMC systems, ensuring industry-leading precision and reliability. Each cup is automatically inspected by AI-assisted, high-resolution vision control systems at three critical points — the rim curl, the bottom seam, and the inner surface in contact with the liquid. This advanced control guarantees that every single cup leaving the line is 100% quality-checked.
Recyloop also operates its own lamination and coating lines, capable of PE, PHA, PLA and PP coatings. These are among the newest and fastest coating lines in Türkiye, enabling unmatched sustainability and precision.
With a daily output exceeding 5 million cups, Recyloop provides large-scale, dependable supply to major fast-food, coffee, and airline catering brands.
