For this reason, our facility uses state-of-the-art water-based flexographic printing systems that replace offset-level visual sharpness with a nature-friendly technology.

  • Global Technology Collaboration: To push the boundaries of print design, we integrated special anilox sleeve technology into our production line, sourced from Laserlife, an Australian laser processing specialist, and Murata, our strategic supplier in Japan known for precision steel processing.
  • Advanced Precision: With Turkey's only 8-color flexographic line capable of inverse printing, we deliver flawless visual quality at speeds of 300 meters per minute. While eliminating the risks of solvent-based inks, we bring even the most complex designs to life with offset-like depth.

Engineering and AI-Supported Quality Control

The heart of our production floor consists of American PMC systems, accepted as a global standard for high speed and durability. For Recyloop, however, speed is valuable only when combined with perfection.

  • AI Inspection: Every cup is scanned at three critical points, the rim curl, bottom seam, and inner surface, by AI-supported high-resolution Vision control systems.
  • 100% Quality Assurance: Every product leaving the production line undergoes automatic optical inspection before entering its box. This digital observation removes human error from the process and guarantees a zero-defect standard for our global brands.

Next-Generation Coating and Raw Material Management

We design sustainable production from the raw material stage onward. With some of Turkey's newest and fastest in-house lamination lines, we are not limited to conventional solutions.

  • Advanced Polymer Technology: Depending on the need, we can apply PE coatings as well as fully nature-degradable PHA, PLA, and PBS coatings.
